NextUp is a sports identity platform built for the next generation of athletes. Athletes can build a professional sports profile, create a shareable digital player card, showcase their journey, and connect with the sports community — all in one place designed to grow with them.

NextUp is free during our invite-only launch. Members who join during the launch period will become Founding Members and will always have free access to their core NextUp profile and player card.

As NextUp grows, we may introduce optional premium features and services, but the core profile and player card will remain free for Founding Members.

Founding Members are the athletes and families who join NextUp during our early launch period. In addition to being part of the community from the beginning, Founding Members receive a special profile badge and will always have free access to their core NextUp profile and player card.

NextUp is built for everyone who participates in the athletic community. We’re launching with athletes and their parents or guardians, with support for coaches, trainers, organizers, teams, and organizations coming as the platform grows.

Our goal is to bring the people and organizations that shape an athlete’s journey together in one connected sports community.

NextUp is currently invite-only while we roll out the platform to our first athletes and families. You can request an invite to join the waitlist, and we’ll let you know when a spot becomes available.

NextUp is designed with youth privacy and family oversight built into the experience.

Athletes under 13 participate through parent-managed profiles. Teen accounts include guardian oversight and controls over activities such as publishing a public profile and connecting with others. Profiles also include visibility and privacy controls so athletes and families can manage how their information is shared.

Yes. For athletes under 13, parents manage their child’s NextUp profile directly from their own account.

For teens, parents and guardians have a different role: teens can manage their own account while linked guardians have oversight and privacy controls, including the ability to require approval before certain actions such as publishing or connecting.

This allows NextUp to give athletes more independence as they get older while keeping families involved.

NextUp is launching with soccer, but it’s being built as a multi-sport platform from the ground up. More sports will be added as the NextUp community grows.
